DELIVERY & EXCHANGES
Shopping with Inline Interiors should feel effortless from start to finish. We keep our delivery and exchange process simple, so you can order with confidence and enjoy your new homeware without worry.
DELIVERY
We know how exciting it is waiting for something new for your home, so we work hard to get your order out quickly. Most parcels are dispatched within 2 business days (a little longer if we’re extra busy) and usually arrive within 5–7 business days. Delivery costs are shown at checkout and are based on the size and weight of your order.
EXCHANGES
While we don’t currently offer refunds, we’re happy to arrange an exchange if your item isn’t quite right. You’ll have 14 days from delivery to return your order and swap it for something else you love. All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and sent back safely. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll of course put things right at no cost to you.
